March 20-23, 2008
Celebrating 18 Years of Innovation, Ballethnic Proudly Presents De Volée...
As Ballethnic's signature piece, The Leopard Tale dramatically portrays the jungles wilds through several dance idioms - ballet, African, modern, and Jazz -- with professional dancers and local young artists.
While Ballethnic's musical director, Gerard Reid composed music for Act One, Act Two features live performances by African drummers.
Drama, high energy, and non-stop action mark The Leopard Tale as one of the Company's more popular ballets - clearly demonstrating its dance diversity.
