This rejuvenating full-day event will combine the principles of dance with the importance of self-care and self-inquiry. The company has partnered with knowledgeable and compassionate wellness professionals rooted within the community to facilitate impactful hands-on healing sessions aimed to align the mind, body, and soul.
The Ballethnic Wellness Retreat aims to cultivate a fully immersive healing experience featuring guided meditation, sound healing, yoga, floor barre, gardening, healing drum circle, therapeutic stretch, and a discussion led by health care professionals about understanding health numbers.
