Ballethnic Wellness Retreat: A Journey into discovering a personal wellness practice for Teens & Adults
I am delighted to share that after a successful and impactful first event in April, Ballethnic will be hosting its second wellness retreat on Sunday September 22nd 2024!
Staying true to the company’s mission, this upcoming wellness retreat is yet another vehicle to impact and support its beloved community. This invigorating full-day event is set on the autumn equinox, a perfect time to recalibrate and reset. This retreat will include yoga, breath work, meditation, myofascial release, floor barre, memory work, healing drum circle, painting, therapeutic stretch, gardening, and a full sound bath.
The company has partnered with knowledgeable and compassionate wellness professionals rooted within the community to facilitate these impactful hands-on healing sessions aimed to align the mind, body, and soul. I do hope you will be in attendance!
